This course introduces the fundamentals of digital circuit design and analysis including binary notation, Boolean algebra, functions of n variables, logic trainers, logic gates, decoders and encoders, design methodology and circuit simulation software. Students will learn the inquiry and problem solving skills required to perform circuit design and analysis using Boolean algebra, Karnaugh maps and circuit simulation software.
