This course explores concepts in economics, auditing, accounting, finance and commercial law relevant to accounts receivable financing decisions. It analyzes effects of economic factors on these decisions. Students will use auditing and accounting principles to verify the values of collaterals. Students will learn to apply basic finance mathematics and learn the legal principles of sales contracts, negotiable instruments and secured transactions.
