Description
This course is an introduction to black-and‐white analog photography. Students will develop a fundamental understanding of analog black-and-white processes, including manual camera operation, film processing, darkroom printing, and finishing techniques. It will also introduce students to editing techniques and visual story telling. Emphasis will be placed on the ability of students to acquire the technical skills necessary to begin developing their own artistic style and use the medium as a communicative tool.
