Research in Natural Sciences

Research in Natural Sciences provides students with the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills gained in science courses by undertaking laboratory and/or field based research projects. Directed by a faculty mentor, students will engage in a research project in an area relevant to the interests and goals of the Natural Sciences Department. Students will be required to dedicate 10 hours per week totheir projects as well as 1 hour per week for in-class instruction with the faculty mentor.
