The following curricular framework revision, and associated new course proposals for SCV202, SCV203 and SCV204 have been prepared in order to address the space constraint in the Veterinary Technology teaching lab that limits the number of students who can be admitted to the clinical phase of the program.

Two new veterinary nursing course sequences are being proposed: Veterinary Nursing Course Sequence I and Veterinary Nursing Course Sequence II: Off-Campus Lab . These two courses sequences will replace the current Vet Tech course Veterinary Nursing I (SCV210). Because the lab course SCV204, in Veterinary Nursing Option II , will be completed at an off-site veterinary clinic, the admission of 10-15 additional clinical phase Vet Tech students will be possible annually
