Catalog Description
This course introduces students to the fundamental principles and dynamics of the physical world. Students will work with a range of materials and develop an understanding of their character and appropriateness. This is accomplished through design projects which use a selection of drawing and imaging techniques, model-making and 3D computer aided design. This is a studio based course which combines lectures with craft techniques leading to design projects developed by the students.
