Transition to Practical Nursing

This course is designed to help students clarify responsibilities and roles as new graduates. Students will be guided and supervised to identify performance standards and behaviors necessary to function safely and effectively as graduate practical nurses. Students will be assisted to develop critical thinking strategies required for success on the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX) and to complete the professional portfolio.
