Foundations for the Physical Sciences

This course focuses on the principles of physics and chemistry that form the foundation for college-level, one-year courses in these disciplines, as well as in biology, that are typically gateway offerings for many careers. Subjects covered include measurements and uncertainties, vectors, mechanics, energy, atomic theory, stoichiometry and chemical thermodynamics.
