Nutrition and Culinary Management Internship

Catalog Description

This internship provides students the opportunity to apply and integrate the knowledge and principles learned in their coursework to the workplace. Students will participate in the daily operation of a nutrition and culinary management establishment with an emphasis on managerial and supervisory responsibilities. Students are required to attend a weekly seminar.
