This course introduces students to the available careers in the nutrition and culinary management industry. Topics include the role and function of the nutrition and culinary management professional, professional ethics and conduct, professional organizations, and the skills necessary to complete an internship. Students will explore personal and career goals as they develop a professional ePortfolio.
