This course will prepare students to provide physical therapy management in various settings and patient/client conditions. Students will learn to perform duties consistent with the professional competencies in physical therapy practice. Topics include: review ofsystems, recognition of precautions and warning signs associated with common pathologies, human tissue response to injury and repair, physiology of pain, andpatient/client management in cardiopulmonary and integumentary care.
