This course introduces the scope of physical therapy, its professional organization, andinter/intradisciplinary care. Topics include: physical therapy skills, professionalconduct/responsibilities, core values of the professional organization, medical terminology, communication skills for patients and clients, cultural diversity, health disparities, and clinical documentation.
