Catalog Description

The Liberal Arts Seminar explores the relationship between humanism, science, and technology. Students integrate concepts, skills, and methods acquired in previous liberal arts courses and apply this knowledge in research projects addressing critical social issues associated with developments in science and technology. Students also reflect on the responsibilities of citizenship in a diverse society. This seminar is designated as writing intensive.
