Hospitality Technology Systems

Catalog Description

This course will introduce various hospitality information systems and discuss how managers use technology to make decisions and solve problems. Students will gain foundational skills in project management and spreadsheets, restaurants and menu-engineering, property management, e-commerce and distribution technology, social media,and event layout and design programs. Students will also use web-based applications to describe the ever-changing role of technology in the hospitality industry.
