This course offers an overview of human resources management practices within hotels, restaurants, tourism organizations, and in meetings and events. This course explores human resources management topics and policies such as job analysis, recruitment, selection, training, hiring, compensation, and employee health and safety. Additionally, students will examine leadership strategies to attract and retain a culturally diverse workforce while focusing on quality and productivity.
