Experiential Learning in Liberal Arts
Catalog Description
This is an experiential learning course that will allow students to apply knowledge and skills gained in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) courses by undertaking laboratory and/or field-based research projects supervised by a faculty or external mentor. Students will be engaged in authentic research in a STEM discipline and will be required to produce a final oral presentation and written project report in one of the standard science presentation formats.
